Refund Policy

DEK Fresh Starts provides consulting, strategic, educational, and digital business support services. Due to the nature of these services, all sales are subject to the following refund terms.

 

CONSULTATION SERVICES

 

Payments made for consultations, strategy sessions, audits, business setup services, and related appointments are generally non-refundable once:

• The appointment has occurred

• Work has begun

• Research or review has started

• Recommendations or deliverables have been provided

 

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments on time.

 

Missed appointments, no-shows, or failure to participate do not qualify for refunds.

 

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & RESOURCES

 

Due to the downloadable and informational nature of digital products, templates, guides, forms, educational materials, and digital resources, all digital product sales are final.

 

No refunds will be issued after delivery or access has been granted.

 

RESCHEDULING

Clients may request to reschedule appointments with reasonable notice.

 

DEK Fresh Starts reserves the right to approve or deny rescheduling requests based on availability and scheduling limitations.

 

Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may result in forfeiture of the appointment.

 

REFUND REQUESTS

 

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of DEK Fresh Starts.

 

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

 

Approved refunds, if any, may require 5–10 business days to process depending on the payment provider.

 

CHARGEBACK POLICY

 

Clients agree to contact DEK Fresh Starts before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

 

Chargebacks filed after services are rendered may be disputed using:

• Appointment records

• Intake forms

• Signed agreements

• Email or SMS communications

• Service activity records

• Proof of completed work

 

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in denial of future services.

 

SERVICE RESULTS DISCLAIMER

 

DEK Fresh Starts does not guarantee:

• Funding approvals

• Credit score increases

• Business success

• Government approvals

• Financial outcomes

• Revenue generation

 

Results vary based on individual effort, financial standing, compliance, implementation, and outside factors beyond our control.
