Service Description
During this one-time Business Audit & Clarity Session, we will review your current business structure, goals, systems, branding, and operational challenges to identify areas for improvement, organization, and growth. Clients will leave the session with strategic feedback, recommendations, and a personalized action-based to-do list designed to help them independently move forward with their business objectives and next steps. This is a do-it-yourself strategy and educational session intended to provide guidance, clarity, and direction. Implementation, follow-through, filings, setup completion, funding outcomes, approvals, and business results are the sole responsibility of the client. DEK Fresh Starts does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advisory services, and no specific outcomes, approvals, revenue increases, or funding results are guaranteed. This session includes strategic consultation and educational guidance only and does not include ongoing management, done-for-you services, unlimited revisions, future consultations, document filing, or long-term business oversight unless separately purchased or agreed to in writing.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations, missed appointments, repeated late arrivals, or failure to participate during scheduled support periods may result in forfeiture of the service without refund. Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time, providing accurate information, completing requested action items, and maintaining communication throughout the service period. Delays caused by missing information, lack of responsiveness, or failure to implement recommendations may impact timelines and service progress. DEK Fresh Starts provides strategic consulting, educational guidance, organizational support, and implementation recommendations based on each client’s individual business needs. Services are designed to provide direction, structure, and actionable next steps. Unless otherwise stated in writing, services do not include legal representation, tax advice, financial advising, government filings, guaranteed funding, guaranteed business outcomes, unlimited revisions, or unlimited ongoing support. Some services may include follow-up support, written guidance, action plans, progress check-ins, or implementation assistance depending on the selected package. Support timelines, communication methods, deliverables, and package inclusions vary by service and are outlined within the service description, onboarding process, or client action plan. Clients remain fully responsible for all business decisions, implementation, filings, compliance obligations, financial decisions, and maintaining accurate records and information. Results depend on implementation, responsiveness, market conditions, third-party requirements, and individual effort. No specific legal, financial, funding, credit, or business outcomes are guaranteed. By booking a service, the client acknowledges that DEK Fresh Starts operates as a consulting and educational support business and that all recommendations, guidance, and support are provided for informational and strategic purposes only unless otherwise stated in writing.
