This service begins with a 45-minute intake and strategy session where we review your current business setup, identify foundational gaps, discuss operational concerns, and create a focused action plan based on your goals and current stage of business. Topics reviewed may include: • Business structure and organization • Brand credibility and positioning • Website and intake process review • Client workflow organization • Business compliance preparation • Lender-ready business positioning • Operational gaps and strategy • Action planning and next-step prioritization Deliverables may include: • Personalized action plan • Priority implementation checklist • Strategic recommendations • Organizational guidance • Resource recommendations and next steps Package Options Reset Strategy Session — $397 Includes one 45-minute strategy and intake session, business review, personalized action plan, and implementation recommendations designed for independent execution. Reset Strategy + 15-Day Guided Support — $497 Includes everything in the Reset Strategy Session plus 15 days of written follow-up support, weekly progress check-ins, and guidance through the client action plan portal. Follow-up support is provided through written communication only unless otherwise stated in writing. Additional live sessions, done-for-you services, filings, or guaranteed outcomes are not included. DEK Fresh Starts provides strategic consulting, educational guidance, and organizational support based on each client’s individual needs. Results depend on implementation, market conditions, responsiveness, and individual effort. No specific financial, funding, legal, or business outcomes are guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations, missed appointments, repeated late arrivals, or failure to participate during scheduled support periods may result in forfeiture of the service without refund. Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time, providing accurate information, completing requested action items, and maintaining communication throughout the service period. Delays caused by missing information, lack of responsiveness, or failure to implement recommendations may impact timelines and service progress. DEK Fresh Starts provides strategic consulting, educational guidance, organizational support, and implementation recommendations based on each client’s individual business needs. Services are designed to provide direction, structure, and actionable next steps. Unless otherwise stated in writing, services do not include legal representation, tax advice, financial advising, government filings, guaranteed funding, guaranteed business outcomes, unlimited revisions, or unlimited ongoing support. Some services may include follow-up support, written guidance, action plans, progress check-ins, or implementation assistance depending on the selected package. Support timelines, communication methods, deliverables, and package inclusions vary by service and are outlined within the service description, onboarding process, or client action plan. Clients remain fully responsible for all business decisions, implementation, filings, compliance obligations, financial decisions, and maintaining accurate records and information. Results depend on implementation, responsiveness, market conditions, third-party requirements, and individual effort.
