Based on your business stage, clients receive strategic guidance, organizational recommendations, and a personalized action plan designed to help create a stronger and more scalable business foundation. Topics reviewed may include: • Business structure and formation guidance • EIN, business banking, and foundational setup preparation • Brand credibility and positioning • Website and intake process organization • Client workflow organization • Funding readiness preparation • Operational structure and business strategy • Action planning and next-step prioritization Deliverables may include: • Personalized business setup action plan • Step-by-step implementation recommendations • Organizational guidance • Business structure recommendations • Resource recommendations and next steps Package Options Guided Business Setup — $1,500 Includes strategic guidance, written support, implementation recommendations, and structured setup assistance designed for entrepreneurs completing implementation independently. Assisted Business Setup — $3,000 Includes expanded setup guidance, additional organizational assistance, priority support, and enhanced implementation guidance based on the client’s business needs and selected package level. Support and communication timelines vary based on the selected package and onboarding process. Additional filings, third-party fees, government fees, or ongoing done-for-you services are not included unless otherwise stated in writing. DEK Fresh Starts provides strategic consulting, educational guidance, and organizational support based on each client’s individual needs. Clients remain responsible for implementation, filings, compliance obligations, and maintaining accurate information. No legal, tax, financial, funding, or business outcomes are guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations, missed appointments, repeated late arrivals, or failure to participate during scheduled support periods may result in forfeiture of the service without refund. Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time, providing accurate information, completing requested action items, and maintaining communication throughout the service period. Delays caused by missing information, lack of responsiveness, or failure to implement recommendations may impact timelines and service progress. DEK Fresh Starts provides strategic consulting, educational guidance, organizational support, and implementation recommendations based on each client’s individual business needs. Services are designed to provide direction, structure, and actionable next steps. Unless otherwise stated in writing, services do not include legal representation, tax advice, financial advising, government filings, guaranteed funding, guaranteed business outcomes, unlimited revisions, or unlimited ongoing support. Some services may include follow-up support, written guidance, action plans, progress check-ins, or implementation assistance depending on the selected package. Support timelines, communication methods, deliverables, and package inclusions vary by service and are outlined within the service description, onboarding process, or client action plan. Clients remain fully responsible for all business decisions, implementation, filings, compliance obligations, financial decisions, and maintaining accurate records and information.
